    Rt Hon Sir. Lindsay Hoyle MP

    Member of Parliament for Chorley and Deputy Speaker

    Sir. Lindsay Hoyle was the first Labour politician to represent Chorley at Westminster in 18 years. Prior to Parliament, he was a Councillor on Chorley Borough Council from 1980 to 1998. Lindsay also held the post of Deputy Leader from 1994 to 1997 and finished his time on the Council as Mayor from 1997 to 1998. He is currently Deputy Speaker and Chair of Ways and Means at Westminster. Lindsay received a knighthood in the 2018 New Year's Honours List for his parliamentary and political service.

    Councillor Alistair Bradley

    Leader of Chorley Council

    Alistair Bradley is the Leader of the Labour Group on Chorley Council and Executive Member (Economic Development and Partnerships). Alistair is a councillor for the Chorley South East ward.

    Councillor Kim Snape

    Borough Councillor for Heath Charnock and Rivington

    Kim Snape is the Labour and Co-operative Borough Councillor for Heath Charnock and Rivington and Lancashire County Councillor for Chorley Rural East.

    Kim was also recently selected as the Parliamentary candidate for South Ribble.

    She is the LCC Champion for Young People

    Peter Wilson is the Executive Member (Resources) and Deputy Leader of the Labour Group. Peter is Councillor for the Adlington and Anderton Ward.
